With his international business experience and leadership on boards, Jorge uses his expertise and network to advocate for sustainable practices across the global industry.

Jose knows the ins and outs of producing, importing, and exporting avocados. Growing up in the industry, Jose understands the critical need for sustainability to be at the center of production to leave a legacy for future generations.

Over the past 12 years, Ken has been a part of industry strides to address pressing issues such as sustainability and food safety. He is an advocate for developing tools and technology that help avocado farmers continually improve as stewards of the planet’s resources.

Sebastian has an international perspective on the avocado business from 30+ years of experience in production and marketing avocados in different countries. His strategic insights are fueled by a strong knowledge and understanding of different cultures and sustainability practices.

Working in the Peruvian fruit market for more than 25 years, Jose Antonio is proud and eager to contribute best practices, such as farm worker programs, that contribute to the country’s continual improvements in sustainability.

Growing up in an agriculture family and serving for more than 20 years in the industry, Raina has strong personal and professional insights on what it takes to run a successful farming operation.
